Two Great Ways to Flavor your BCAA!

If you are looking to pack your BCAA with a punch of flavor, look no further than these two great BCAA "mocktail" recipes! Our two recipes featured in today's blog and video are healthy takes on classic cocktails albeit no alcohol and with BCAA. We first begin this summer closing episode with a Raspberry-Lemon BCAA Mojito, for this you will need the following:

Raspberry-Lemon Mojito (Non-Alcoholic)

2 Scoops of Hard Rhino Blue-Raspberry BCAA
6 Raspberries
8 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lemon
Handful of ice

Calories - 15.5 | Total Fat - 0.7g | Total Carbohydrate - 6.3g | Protein - 0.8

Simply add everything to a blender and blend it up. If the mixture is a bit thick you can always add additional cold water to the mixture to get the texture exactly as you want it.
