Quick and Easy Vanilla Protein Shakes!

If you are looking to make that vanilla protein a little more exciting to drink, why not make a shake? The quick and easy recipes we outline will help you do just that, and the best part is you probably have all of the ingredients in your pantry already! We begin our shake-a-thon with an amazing tasting breakfast shake. For this you will need the following: 

1 Cup of Dried Oats

1 Scoop of Vanilla Rampage Protein 

1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

2 Tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup

1 Tablespoon of chopped or Whole Almonds

1 1/2 Cups of Water or low fat Milk
