Hard Rhino Beta Alanine (unflavored) is a pure form powder with no excipients or fillers, available in multiple sizes and flavors.

Beta-Alanine is a modified version of the amino acid Alanine . It has been shown to enhance muscular endurance along with improving moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercise performance.

Beta-Alanine is a modified version of L-Alanine, a non-essential amino acid. Beta-Alanine is converted into carnosine via the histidine amino acid group via the enzyme carnosine synthase. Carnosine itself is a dipeptide, high levels are commonly found in skeletal muscles but also found in the brain and cardiac muscle. It may play a role as acid base equilibrium maintenance (buffering H+ ions).  The increases of carnosine in the cells can may protect against diet-induced drops of pH (which occurs from ketone production in ketosis), as well as provide protection from exercise-induced lactic acid production.†

Directions & Allergens

Suggested Use: 

Unflavored: As a dietary supplement, take 1 leveled scoop (~1 gram) with 8 - 12 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken once 15 - 30 minutes prior to exercise and again immediately after exercise. 

Blue Raspberry: As a dietary supplement, take 1 rounded scoop (~1.36 grams) with 8 - 12 ounces of water or suitable beverage. Taken once 15 - 30 minutes prior to exercise and again immediately after exercise. 


This product contains no Soy, Dairy, Dairy byproducts, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Wheat, Gluten, Tree Nuts, or Sesame Seeds.


This is a NON-GMO ingredient manufactured using organic starting ingredients.


Store in a cool, dry place. Re-seal zipper immediately after use to preserve freshness.

    I can feel it.

    I can’t say much for the long term effects, since I’ve just begun to use this brand of supplement. I can say that I do feel the tingle I have felt while using other pre-workout supplements. I like that I can get the benefit of beta alanine without having to consume the potentially insulin response causing artificial sweeteners, and other questionable junk that I have no use for.

    G-d d-mn, son, I hope you're ready for some skin-flaying, hot fire-igniting, stupid effective workout supplementation, because this sh*t is the Real Deal. One of the only workout supplements on this planet that gives you effects you can actually feel. Take two scoops with water and wait 15 minutes. If you don't start moving, your f***in flesh is gonna feel like it's on actual fire, being stabbed from the insides with needles. The only solution? GET MOVING. This stuff will get your stupid ass out the door guaranteed. Once you're out there, you WILL notice an increase in your endurance and explosiveness, allowing you to rip out one last lap or one last rep with effective intensity. Which is what you came to this site for, right?

    This is a great product.. I have been using for a year .... The endurance and energy is awesome as well as performing more reps without fatigue.. I love the tingling ... I would defiantly recommend this product.

    Solid Supplement

    I recommend this product from personal use. Understandably each person may have different reactions, me, personally have noticed that I feel better when training for longer periods of time. This is between Judo, Bjj and gym work and allows me to really expand all workouts
