Hard Rhino BCAA 2:1:1 capsules contain a pure form powder with no unnecessary excipients or fillers packaged inside a vegetarian cellulose capsule.

Branched-Chain Amino Acids, better known as BCAAs, are a set of three amino acids. Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine are the largest pool of essential amino acids in the body (35-40%) and represent a high level in muscle tissues (14-15%). These groups of amino acids are believed to be highly involved in the regulation of muscle mass. BCAA supplementation is suggested for those with low dietary protein intake. Supplementation may promote muscle protein synthesis, increase muscle growth, and help reduce fatigue after intense workouts.†
