Creatine is a small peptide compound composed of L-Arginine, Glycine, and L-Methionine, it is found in cardiac and muscle tissues of animals and humans, and acts as a reservoir for phosphate in a creatine phosphate or phosphocreatine form. Cells in the body known as adenosine triphosphate (ATP) are used for energy. Upon use it gets converted to ADP or AMP, there is an protein, adenosine monophosphate kinase (AMPK), that faciliates the conversion of AMP to ADP conversions. The creatine form found in the cell reservoirs help regenerate ADP to ATP so refuels the metabolic processes.
The process of supplementing creatine increases the overall pool of creatine and phosphocreatine in the cells. This increase results in improved regeneration of ADP to ATP conversions and increases cellular energy storage. Resulting in improved power output, increased high-intensiy exercise capacity and promotes lean body mass. Supplementing Creatine with Beta-Alanine has shown to have a synergistic effect with improved performance and strength.
Creatine Monohydrate is the naturally occuring form of creatine and is the most cost effective for supplementing. Nausea, cramping, stomach and digestive irritation can occur when not taken with liquids and when too much of a dose is taken all at once. It is best to split high loading phase dosages throughout the day to avoid stomach and digestive irritation as well as improve absorption. Taking with meals can also reduce the occurence of cramping or stomach irritation.
Creatine can be supplemented through a loading phase to saturate creatine levels in the body. During this loading phase, 20 grams of creatine intake for 5-7 days and only 2g afterwards on a daily basis to retain the elevated levels of creatine. If performed in a cycling pattern, 20 grams for 5-7 days followed by three weeks of 2 grams daily. For most users, 5 grams on an daily basis will be more than sufficent in improving stength and endurance while training.

We know creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate, the most effective and most researched of all the 'muscle' supplements'. This 200 mesh, very, very finely powderized version is the best way to get the creatine into your system. Micronized creatine not only mixes more easily, it stays in solution longer, way less residue left behind after knocking back a dose, way less toothy grit while knocking back that dose.

Shipping was quick, about a week. Micronized means it dissolves quicker and easier so theres no clumps, which is a plus. Came in two 500 grams bags (i ordered 1kg) , which i wasnt expecting but actually makes it easier to handle. Suprised theres no bitter taste to it, howeveer i only mixed it with juice and milk so far. Would reccomend to a friend!

This is some if the best creatine that I have tried. It is not labeled as micronized but it is some of the finest creatine powder that I have seen.

I just finished a 500g of CEE creatine ethel ester and always felt that I was not getting the jolt I should have or none at all. Now I find out that test show that CEE is crap and degrades to creatinine so fast you never get any creatine to your muscles! I started back on the mono and bang...back in the ball game. This is the easiest blending creatine I've ever used. Check your weights though - this powder is so fine it weighs lighter per volume. I've found I need just less than two tsp for 5 grams. Product is sold by weight of course so this doesn't affect how many servings you get.
